The service
Sixes matches groups of six people and books hosted social experiences — dinners, live-music nights, bar nights, game nights, food tours, and watch parties — at public venues, as described on this site. Sixes is a matching and booking service, not a venue, restaurant, or event organizer: the venue provides the food, drink, and entertainment, and your purchases there are between you and the venue.
Who can book
- You must be 18 or older to book a seat. Formats marked 21+ require you to be 21 or older, and the venue's ID rules apply.
- Your account and bookings are for you — seats aren't transferable without telling us first.
Billing
- Seat fees: $12 per experience, charged at booking via Stripe. The seat fee covers matching, the venue booking, and the host. It never covers your tab — food, drinks, covers, and tickets are paid by you, directly to the venue.
- Crew Pass: $15/month subscription via Stripe for unlimited seat bookings. Cancel anytime; access runs to the end of the billing period.
- Partner plans: Featured Venue ($49/month) and City Nightlife Partner ($149/month) subscriptions via Stripe. Cancel anytime.
- Cancellations by us: if we cancel a night or can't seat your six, your seat fee for that night is refunded or credited — your choice.
- No-shows: if you don't show up and don't cancel ahead, the seat fee isn't refunded, and repeated no-shows may lose booking privileges.
Conduct
- Treat your crew, hosts, and venue staff with respect. Harassment, discrimination, and moving a Sixes night to a private location are grounds for immediate removal without refund.
- Follow the venue's rules, including ID and age policies. You're responsible for your own tab and your own conduct at the venue.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules or make other members unsafe.
No guaranteed outcomes
We match people and book the night; we can't guarantee chemistry, attendance by every matched member, or a venue's own service quality. A Sixes booking is a plan and a table — the night is made by the people at it.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Experiences happen at third-party venues; we're not liable for the venue's acts or omissions.
Changes
We'll post material changes here and email active members and partners before they take effect.
