What we collect

• Account information: your name, email, and phone number (for night-of messages). When you pay, our processor (Stripe) collects your payment details — we receive your email and payment status, never your full card number.
• Vibe answers: the format, food, music, and energy preferences you give us for matching — including dietary needs you choose to share so we can seat you at the right table.
• Booking records: the experiences you book, the city you're booking in, and your crew assignments. We use the city you pick, not continuous location tracking — Sixes doesn't track where you are.
• Crew chats: messages in your crew chat, retained for a limited period so safety reports can be reviewed in context.
• Support correspondence: emails you send us.

What other members see

• Only your first name, and only to the five people in your crew, starting the day of your night.
• There are no public profiles. Nobody can search for you, browse you, or contact you outside your crew chat.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers, and there are no advertisers in your crew chat.
• We don't run background checks, and we don't collect government IDs — age rules at 21+ nights are enforced by the venue at the door.

Cookies

This marketing site uses no tracking cookies.

Data retention & deletion

Account and booking data is retained while your account is active. Crew chats are retained for a limited period after each night, then deleted. On account deletion, your data is deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep for payment and legal purposes. Email us anytime for deletion or a copy of your data.
